Order Processing and Fulfillment:  Orders are professionally engraved and shipped within 2 to 4 business days for in-stock merchandise.  We will ship all candle and favor items within 5 to 7 business days.  Although our production team can accommodate most circumstances, please place orders as far in advance as possible to avoid a rush processing fee ($15.00).  All orders ship via Ground service unless a shipping upgrade is specified.  Please Note: Candle and Favor orders will ship separately from the other engravable gifts in the order.

 RUSH PROCESSING
If you need a product fast, you can place a RUSH on the order.  Your Personalized Gift Order will ship within 1 to 2 business days.  Candle and Favor orders will ship within 3  to 4 business days.   There is a charge of $15.00 to place a processing rush on an order.  To RUSH an order, please add the "RUSH" item (found via search bar) prior to the checkout process.  You will be charged the rush fee and your order will be expedited.  This will expedite processing time only.  Please upgrade shipping as well, if required.

We Ship to the United States and Canada.  No PO Boxes due to UPS Restrictions.

 
United States Shipping
MakeitspecialGift.com offers a $5.99 flat rate ground shipping for orders under $65.00 and FREE ground shipping for orders $65.00 and over.  These orders are shipped by a trackable method using UPS, FedEx, Speedee or USPS.  Additional shipping options are available for selection; UPS Ground, UPS 3-day select, UPS 2-day, and Overnight (see chart below).  All packages are shipped from the Medina, MN warehouse.

 
Canadian Shipping
MakeitspecialGift.com offers a $19.99 flat rate ground shipping to Canada Provinces for orders under $75.00 and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75.00 (US Dollars).  This covers the UPS cost of shipping the package(s) to Canada, it does not include the custom/duty charges.  Recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import duties and taxes assessed upon the shipment’s arrival.  MakeitspecialGift.com has no control over these charges and cannot calculate fees in advance.  These fee's are determined by the US and Canada.  Please note original delivery estimates may be delayed by customs clearance procedures.  However, most packages are received within a week of ship date.  Please note that we do indicate GIFT with a reduced invoice rate on custom/duty forms.

39.99 Flat Rate Shipping to the Canadian Territories; Northwest (NT), Nunavut (NU), and Yukon (YT).  UPS charges extra and the cost is normally more than 39.99 flat rate but makeitspecialgift.com will pick up the difference. 

Sales Tax
Nevada Sales Tax is calculated for all shipments shipped to Nevada.  Sales Tax is not collected for shipments sent to addresses outside of Nevada.
