Are there Additional Costs to Personalize an Item?
No. All personalization is included in the price. There are no additional fees.
Is there a Minimum Order Requirement?
An order minimum does apply on favors. The minimum order on favors is a quantity of 12. There are no other minimum order requirements.
What Shipping Method is used?
For US Shipping: The $5.99 flat rate ground shipping and FREE ground shipping offers are shipped by a trackable method using UPS, FedEx, Speedee or USPS (automatically selected during shipping process). All UPS shipping options are available for selection during checkout; UPS Ground, UPS 3-day select, UPS 2-day, and UPS Overnight.
For Canada Shipping: All shipments sent via UPS Ground.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We do ship to addresses in Canada via UPS only. We offer FREE Shipping to Canada Providences for orders over $75.00 (US Dollars). This covers the UPS cost of shipping the package(s) to Canada. It does not include the custom/duty charges. The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, import duties and taxes assessed upon the shipment's arrival. Any additional customs charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. Custom/Duty charges are determined by the US and Canada and cannot be determined by MakeitspecialGift.com. Please note that we indicate GIFT and a reduced invoice rate on custom/duty forms. Shipping to Canadian Territories is $39.99 (US Dollars) flat rate.
Do you offer Rush Processing?
Rush processing is available for an additional $15.00 fee. Please indicate during order that rush shipping is required. Your Personalized Gift Order will ship within 36 business hours from order receipt. Your Candle or Favor order will ship within 4 business days of order receipt. A RUSH fee must be indicated on the order. If you put RUSH on your order you WILL be charged the fee and your order will be expedited. This will expedite processing time only. Please upgrade your shipping as well if needed. Please contact us with any questions.
Where do Orders Ship from?
All packages are shipped from the Medina, MN warehouse via UPS. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
What is a Monogram?
What is a Three Letter Monogram? The three letter monogram is considered the standard format for a monogram. Traditional three letter monograms include the initials of the person's first name, last name, and middle name. The monogram is produced in this order, reading left to right. The last name initial is centered and made larger than the initials on each side.
For example, Adam Baker Cooper would enter A C B on his order and the monogram would appear ACB.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are a business registered with Nevada. By Nevada state law, any item shipped to Nevada will be charged Nevada Sales Tax. The sales tax is calculated during checkout. For shipments outside of Nevada, no sales tax is charged.
