HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter the MakeitspecialGift.com Cutest Couple Photo Contest, complete the entry form at http://www.makeitspecialgift.com/entryform.html. To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of June 30th, 2009 11:59 pm EST. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.  All entries shall become the property of PSS Ventures LLC. PSS Ventures LLC is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries must be received from the entry form page, any other method will not be accepted. 

CONTEST RULES:

   1. Contest open to United States and Canada residents only.

   2. Uploaded photo should be less than 1.2 MB and in jpeg, jpg, or gif format.  No other formats accepted.  By submitting a photo, this grants PSS Ventures LLC the right to publish submitted photo(s) on MakeitspecialGift.com website and/or marketing materials. This includes First name, First Initial of Last name, City, and State.  Slight photo alterations may be made by PSS Ventures LLC in order to fit the website properly. 

   3. MakeitspecialGift.com staff reserves all right to refuse any photograph that they define as unacceptable.

   4. If a professional photo is submitted to our contests it is recommended that the person entering the contest receive rights to use the photo prior to contest submission.

   5. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions will be available.

   6. Photo Entry Submission open from June 5th, 2009 to June 30th, 2009.  Photo Voting Period open from July 1st, 2009 to July 15th, 2009. 

   7. Winner will be determined by voting from visitors to MakeitspecialGift.com.  The photo with the most votes at the end of contest voting period wins the contest.  Encourage your friends and family to vote for your photo.

   8. Voters can vote one time per photo per day. Contestants will be disqualified if we are lead to believe that false e-mail addresses are being created to alter the votes in a positive or negative way. In order to keep the integrity of the contest, MakeitspecialGift.com may send random e-mails to voters to ensure that the email addresses are legitmate.

   9. Winner(s) may be asked to write a small testimonial about their prize, or take a photograph of themselves with the prize to be posted on our website at a later date.

  10. Winner will be contacted via email address provide in entry form.  If no response received within 3 business days, winner will be contacted via phone number provided in entry.  If no response received within 5 business days, a notification will be sent via US Mail to address provided in entry.  If no response is received within 25 days from drawing date, the next person with the highest number of votes will be contacted and the original winner forfiets all rights.  In the event of a tie, winner will be choosen via PSS Ventures LLC. 

  11. Prize values vary based on prize.  Suggested retail value in US Dollars, not including ground shipping cost, which is included in the prize.  Suggested retail of 12 Personalized Toasting Glasses is $179.88.  Suggested retail of 12 Personalized Distinctive Shot Glasses is $143.88.  Suggested retail of 24 Printed Bud Vases is $167.76.  Prizes are based on availability and are subject to change, a prize substitution of equal or greater value will be given.

  12. In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that PSS Ventures LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

  13. The person(s) whose photo is chosen as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to provide personalization information before the prize is awarded to them.  Prize will be shipped by Ground delivery and is included in the prize.

  14. During entry, it is required that read and acknowledge the contest rules.  By checking that box, you are acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

  15. PSS Ventures LLC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

  16. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

  17. PSS Ventures LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

  18. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable.
